Get some cardio and exercise your body for strenght and agility.

Get some cold showers. Always insist of cold showers in the morning hours.

Go within your self and meditate about your goals and life.

Read mind nourishing books for atleast 30 minutes.

6. 7.00am
Eat a healthy breakfast to replenish your strenght.

7. 7.30am
Focus and dive in for the job of the day.
